(1) According to the nature of the work of the communication establishment, the manager shall classify the position of working journalist and such position.
(2) The manager shall do as determined by the committee while classifying the posts according to sub-section (1).
(3) According to sub-section (1), after classifying the position and the level of such position, the manager shall give the details to the press registrar, including the qualification, experience, work, duties and rights and responsibilities required for that position.
